Our equipment does not require expensive mold costs, saving mold opening time and early verification cycles. The whole machine has ESD anti-static function.
The track can be lifted and lowered to achieve the function of pressing plates, equipped with a vacuum adsorption platform to solve the problem of product warping.
The XY axis movement of the equipment adopts linear motor and optical ruler positioning, with high positioning accuracy and fast response speed. It is equipped with a bottom camera and an up looking CCD camera for calibration processing, ensuring automatic correction after each time boundhead or nozzle change.
